All Group Reformer and Group Equipment classes are 55 minutes long and can be booked in advance to guarantee your place or on the day if you prefer. We ask for 24 hours notice if you want to cancel. All passes have an expiration date of 3 months.
You can purchase a single class pass or a block of class passes, this option is cheaper. We recommend coming at least twice a week to feel the benefit of using the equipment.
