I am always happy to talk to anyone who wants to join us – beginners are welcome and then moving on from that you can use our booking system to book any available class time.
I can also answer any questions about what to expect in a pilates class here with me in the Nuffield Heath Studio in Surbiton.

Nuffield Health has is own car park available to use free whilst you are attending your Pilates session.
There are two entrances to the studio through the Golf Studio or main Nuffield Health reception, walk down the long corridor, turn left at the end, through the door, up the stairs and we are the first door on the left.
We have a waiting area outside, please enter the studio at the start time of your class, thank you.
