I go to the Pilates /Equipment class in which the Reformer bed is central but it is supported by a diverse group of other bits of kit .My original aim was to improve Golf, through ability to rotate , better balance and core strength. Six month later ,I am doing this and recapturing muscle memory and general strength . It does make Gym work seem quite boring . Pilates fundamentally should become like ‘cleaning your teeth ‘as part of understanding our bodies make up, muscular, skeletal etc Use it or lose it! AJS Feb 17th 2022
