Timetable & Booking

All classes are 55 minutes long. We ask for 24 hours notice if you want to cancel. All passes have an expiration date of 3 months. You can purchase a single class pass or a block of class passes as this option is cheaper. We encourage you to book all your classes straight away however you are not compelled to take the same class every week but book in as and when you prefer. We recommend coming at least twice a week to feel the benefit of using the equipment.
