This class gives a bespoke training program for your individual needs.
When you arrive at the session we discuss your goals and every week we build on your exercise program by adding new exercises and challenges to meet your goals. Over a period of time you will have a repertoire of exercise, which will be reviewed on a weekly basis. Your program can be anything from strengthening your knees after major surgery to training to define your legs or abs to go on holiday.
A small group of 4 people per class using all the Pilates equipment from the Reformer, Cadillac, Combo Chair, Ladder Barrel and small props: balance cushion, bands, Pilates ring, Foam Roller etc.
We do advise you have participated in Reformer classes before joining this session to benefit the most but this is not necessary.
